May 15 at Bernardsville Public Library, when Michelle Bobrow and Dorothy
Cohen, members of the National Association of Parliamentarians, will discuss
Robert’s Rules of Order, meeting procedures, and bylaw and agenda
formulation—all especially useful for anyone who conducts any type of
organizational meeting and also for those about to take over a presiding role
in the coming year.
There is no charge to attend the
