Bernardsville resident and singer Priyanka will perform with drummer Daniel Mayer in free concert at
Bernardsville Public Library on Sunday, January 27 at 3:00 pm.
Part of the “Sundays at Three” series, this concert is funded by the Friends of
the Bernardsville Public Library. Doors open at 2:45 pm. No sign-up
is needed.
Priyanka has been
playing and writing music since she was 13 and has been in love with it ever
since. She plays guitar and piano, and
sings original songs as well as classic rock, jazz, and blues tunes. Some artists that influence her the most, she
says, are the Beatles, Etta James, Otis Redding, and Fiona Apple. "I enjoy covering songs and developing my
own interpretation of some of my favorites as well as writing songs of my own
but most of all I love playing for people to hear."
There is
no charge to attend the concert and no sign-up is needed. For further
